Due to the nature of digital products (such as PDF guides, presets, or digital planners), all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a 14-day refund policy if the file is corrupted, undelivered, or significantly not as described. Please contact us to resolve the issue first.
Voluntary contributions or "Virtual Coffee" purchases are considered direct support for the creator and are non-refundable unless a duplicate transaction occurs by mistake.
